I founded Innovative Transforming Solutions in the spring of 2022 after nearly 20 years of working in the environmental and energy sector. I thoroughly enjoyed the experiences of being mentored by some of the best entrepreneurial minds in the construction and energy industry but It was time to branch out and bring my expertise and experience in project design, coordination and implementation nationwide.

In addition, I wanted to introduce the wellness side of my offerings to the facilities and engineering colleagues I have had the pleasure of working with. I am excited to share the program I have developed to enhance our lives at work. The Innovative Transforming Solutions Stress Reduction training and workshops will increase employee retention and productivity in the time it takes to participate in at a typical meeting. Through mindful guided stretching, breathing and meditation you will begin to see results in as little as two sessions.
