I had been thinking about it for some time and just never found the right time. There was always another project I was in the middle of managing. Or a deal that I was just about to close. I realized when I had my best years during covid, that there would never be a good time to leave this secure job I was totally slam dunking. I realized, it was a now moment and here I am!
